  1  1    Amend House File 2578 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND LAND
  1  5 STEWARDSHIP.
  1  6    For deposit in the alternative drainage system
  1  7 assistance fund created in section 460.303 to be used
  1  8 for purposes of supporting the alternative drainage
  1  9 system assistance program as provided in section
  1 10 460.304, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5,
  1 11 paragraph "c":  
  1 12 FY 2004-2005...................................... $    500,000
  1 13    Not more than 5 percent of the moneys appropriated
  1 14 in this subsection may be used for costs of
  1 15 administration and implementation of soil and water
  1 16 conservation practices."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
