  1  2    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 6 the

  1  4    "i.  To provide grants to watershed organizations
  1  5 for watershed-based water quality planning,
  1  6 restoration, and improvement activities, with an
  1  7 emphasis on geographical information system-based
  1  8 activities, targeting the best management practices
  1  9 and implementation:  
  1 10 .................................................. $  2,000,000
  1 11    j.  For the development of a nutrient research
  1 12 grant program:  
  1 13 .................................................. $    500,000
  1 14    k.  To develop and implement a voluntary nutrient
  1 15 reduction project to improve efficiency and reduce
  1 16 impacts of nutrients on the waters of the state:  
  1 17 .................................................. $    555,000"

  1 19 "stations" the following:  "and for more detailed
