1 29 public-private partnership.

1 32 the performance evaluation design.
1 33 (e) The program shall demonstrate improvement in
1 34 meeting the current standards.
1 35 (2) The Iowa department of public health may use
1 36 up to $50,000 of the moneys appropriated under this
1 37 paragraph "b" to provide technical assistance to and
1 38 monitoring of the program."
