  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8514, to House File
  1  2 2481, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "If the purposes of a dispositional order have not
  1  8 been accomplished due to the failure of the state to
  1  9 fully fund necessary services for the child, the court
  1 10 shall not terminate the order under this subsection.""
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
