  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8514, to House File
  1  2 2481, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "accomplished" the following:  "and the child is
  1  7 no longer in need of supervision, care, or treatment".
  1  8    #___.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "available" the following:  ", and the child is no
  1 10 longer in need of supervision, care, or treatment".
  1 11    #___.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "unwarranted" the following:  "because the child is no
  1 13 longer in need of supervision, care, or treatment"."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
