  1  2    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  2004 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2257,
  1  5 section 1, subsection 10, if enacted, is amended to
  1  6 read as follows:
  1  7    10.  APPLICABILITY DATE.  This section applies to
  1  8 personal insurance contracts or policies delivered,
  1  9 issued for delivery, continued, or renewed in this
  1 10 state on or after April 1, 2005 October 1, 2004."
