  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8418, to Senate File 2298,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 63, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 261.9, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  9 d, subparagraph (2), Code Supplement 2003, is amended
  1 10 to read as follows:
  1 11    (2)  Adopt affirmative standards, which shall
  1 12 include, but not limited to, a standard prohibiting
  1 13 discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color,
  1 14 religion, national origin, sex, age, or physical
  1 15 disability.""
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
