1 7 #2. Page 133, line 24, by inserting after the
1 8 figure "249A.24," the following: "the contractor for
1 9 the medical assistance program managed care mental
1 10 health contract,".
1 11 #3. Page 133, line 33, by inserting after the word
1 12 "preferences." the following: "This paragraph shall
1 13 not apply to any prior authorization provision in
1 14 force on June 30, 2004, imposed under the existing
1 15 managed care mental health care contract or any
1 16 extension of that contract."
1 17 #4. Page 134, line 3, by inserting after the word
1 18 "and" the following: "after a cost-benefit analysis
1 19 may".
