  1  5 and inserting the following:  "2005".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the word and
  1  7 figure "March 25" and inserting the following:  "July
  1  8 1".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 18, by striking the figure "2004"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "2005".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, lines 18 and 19, by striking the word
