  1  3    #1.  Page 199, by inserting before line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2490,
  1  6 section 8, if enacted, is repealed."
  1  7    #2.  Page 204, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "   .  The section of this division of this Act
  1 10 repealing 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2490, section 8,
  1 11 if enacted, being deemed of immediate importance,
  1 12 takes effect upon enactment."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
