  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8366, to Senate File 2269,
  1  2 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 16, line 4, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "day." the following:  "The statement shall also
  1  7 point out that it is possible for an absentee ballot
  1  8 courier to personally deliver the completed absentee
  1  9 ballot to the office of the commissioner by 5 p.m. on
  1 10 election day.""
