  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "i.  To another governmental agency for the purpose
  1  6 of enforcing rights of indemnity, subrogation, offset,
  1  7 liens, or dependent support obligations, or for the
  1  8 purpose of performing any other type of monitoring,
  1  9 enforcement, or collection activity for which the
  1 10 governmental agency is responsible."
