  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the

  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 421.17, Code Supplement 2003,
  1  5 is amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  28.  To place on the department's
  1  7 official website the official electronic state of Iowa
  1  8 voter registration form and a link to the Iowa
  1  9 secretary of state's official website."
