  1  1    Amend House File 2552 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking line 6 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "registration plates.  The rules shall
  1  4 specify that the plate and emblem shall not have a
  1  5 design or message containing any sexual connotation
  1  6 and shall not be vulgar, prejudiced, hostile,
  1  7 insulting, controversial, politically inflammatory or
  1  8 divisive, or racially or ethnically degrading.
  1  9    The rules shall include provisions for".
