  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 31.
  1  3    #2.  Page 2, lines 8 and 9, by striking the words
  1  4 "or the national institutes of health".
  1  5    #3.  Page 4, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "recommendations." the following:  "The panel shall
  1  7 submit a final report to the general assembly not
  1  8 later than January 15, 2007."
  1  9    #4.  By striking page 4, line 3, through page 10,
  1 10 line 14.
  1 11    #5.  Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
  1 12 words ", and making penalties applicable".
