  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8286, to House File 2523, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, lines 3 through 11, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "line 1, and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "study shall include monitoring data from
  1  6 at least five confinement feeding operations for each
  1  7 type or phase of animal production system commonly
  1  8 used in this state and for each type of manure storage
  1  9 or treatment system commonly used at such animal
  1 10 production systems.  The confinement feeding
  1 11 operations monitored shall, to every extent
  1 12 practicable, be located in different geographic
  1 13 locations in the state.""
