  1  1    Amend House File 2523 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 4, line 34, through page 5,
  1  3 line 1, and inserting the following:  "study shall
  1  4 include monitoring data from at least five confinement
  1  5 feeding operations that to every extent practicable
  1  6 are located in different geographic locations in the
  1  7 state.  In performing the study, the department shall
  1  8 monitor each type of production and management system
  1  9 that is associated with each type of confinement
  1 10 feeding operation structure commonly used in this
  1 11 state."
