  1  1    Amend House File 2444 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 322A.11, subsection 4, Code
  1  5 2003, is amended by striking the subsection."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "to" the following:  "the transfer and sale of
  1  8 motor vehicles including regulation of motor vehicle
  1  9 dealers,".
  1 10    #3.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "and
  1 11 providing penalties" and inserting the following:  ",
  1 12 and making penalties applicable".
  1 13    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
