  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8153, to House File 2394, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 13, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "years" the following:  "as evidenced by the
  1  7 written certification of the department obtained prior
  1  8 to beginning the instruction of the student in an
  1  9 approved course".
  1 10    #   .  Page 2, line 34, by inserting after the
  1 11 figure "2" the following:  "and a copy of the
  1 12 department's certification of the teaching parent's
  1 13 clear driving record"."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
