  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, line 26, by striking the figure
  1  4 "2021" and inserting the following:  "2013".
  1  5    #2.  Page 14, line 29, by striking the words "two
  1  6 hundred", and inserting the following:  "one hundred
  1  7 ninety-five".
  1  8    #3.  Page 14, line 31, by striking the words "two
  1  9 hundred", and inserting the following:  "one hundred
  1 10 ninety-five".
  1 11    #4.  Page 14, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "dollars." the following:  "However, the agreement
  1 13 shall provide that total annual purses shall be no
  1 14 less than the total annual purses for horse racing for
  1 15 calendar year 2003."
  1 16    #5.  Page 14, line 44, by inserting after the
  1 17 figure "2004" the following:  ", and less ten million
  1 18 dollars".
