  1  1    Amend House File 2302 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
  1  5 e, Code Supplement 2003, is amended by adding the
  1  6 following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  Notwithstanding any
  1  8 provision of this lettered paragraph to the contrary,
  1  9 if the total amount of moneys directed to be deposited
  1 10 in the general fund of the state under sections 99D.17
  1 11 and 99F.11 in a fiscal year is more than the total
  1 12 amount of moneys directed to be deposited under those
  1 13 sections for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003,
  1 14 and ending July 1, 2004, one-half of the difference,
  1 15 if positive, shall be credited to the grow Iowa values
  1 16 fund created in section 15G.108."
  1 17    #2.  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
  1 18 words "treatment fund" the following:  ", grow Iowa
  1 19 values fund,".
