  1  2    #1.  Page 18, line 6, by striking the words "two
  1  3 hundred", and inserting the following:  "one hundred
  1  4 ninety-five".
  1  5    #2.  Page 18, line 8, by striking the words "two
  1  6 hundred", and inserting the following:  "one hundred
  1  7 ninety-five".
  1  8    #3.  Page 18, line 20, by inserting after the
  1  9 figure "2004" the following:  ", and less an amount,
  1 10 for each year during the period beginning January 1,
  1 11 2006, and ending before January 1, 2011, equal to
  1 12 fifty percent of the operational costs of conducting
  1 13 pari-mutuel racing for a year as determined by the
  1 14 commission pursuant to audit".
