  1  1    Amend House File 2302 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 20, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 99F.7, subsection 4, Code 2003,
  1  5 is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    4.  The commission shall require that an applicant
  1  7 utilize Iowa resources, goods and services in the
  1  8 operation of an excursion gambling boat and shall
  1  9 require each licensee to submit a yearly report to the
  1 10 commission documenting the percentage of Iowa
  1 11 purchases made by the licensee.  The commission shall
  1 12 develop standards to assure that a substantial amount
  1 13 of all resources and goods used in the operation of an
  1 14 excursion gambling boat come emanate from and are made
  1 15 in Iowa and that a substantial amount of all services
  1 16 and entertainment be provided by Iowans."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
