1 2 #1. Page 20, by inserting after line 10 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . Section 99F.7, subsection 6, Code 2003,
1 5 is amended to read as follows:
1 6 6. It is the intent of the general assembly that
1 7 employees be paid at least twenty-five percent above
1 8 the federal minimum wage level. However, full-time
1 9 employees at a facility of a licensee issued a license
1 10 on or after July 1, 2004, shall be paid wages no less
1 11 than one hundred ten percent of the average regional
1 12 wage where the facility is located, as determined by
1 13 the department of economic development."
1 14 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
