1 4 "Section 1. NATIONAL GUARD EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
1 5 PROGRAM. There is appropriated from the general fund
1 6 of the state to the college student aid commission for
1 7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, and ending
1 8 June 30, 2005, the following amount, or so much
1 9 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purposes
1 10 designated:
1 11 For purposes of providing national guard
1 12 educational assistance under the program established
1 13 in section 261.86:
1 14 .................................................. $ 2,900,000".
1 15 #2. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 16 word "training" the following: "and making an
1 17 appropriation".
1 18 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
