  1  1    Amend House File 595, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 17 through 20 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "However, the area of the
  1  5 territory that is public land included without the
  1  6 written consent of the agency with jurisdiction over
  1  7 the public land may not be used to determine the
  1  8 percentage of territory that is included with the
  1  9 consent of the owner and without the consent of the
  1 10 owner."
