  1  1    Amend Senate File 440, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 422.7, Code 2003, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  39.  Add amounts received as
  1  8 parental reimbursement for nonpublic school
  1  9 transportation expenses provided pursuant to section
  1 10 285.3."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "schools" the following:  ", and inclusion in
  1 13 income for state income tax purposes,".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
