  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 3, by inserting after the words
  1  3 "period of time." the following:  "If the licensee has
  1  4 failed to cure the breach and the commission, after
  1  5 reasonable notice and hearing, finds that the breach
  1  6 was intentional, the commission may terminate the
  1  7 licensee's license to conduct gambling games at its
  1  8 pari-mutuel racetrack enclosure."
