1 13 RESERVE FUND
1 14 Sec. . CASH RESERVE APPROPRIATION TO GENERAL
1 15 FUND.
1 16 1. Notwithstanding section 8.56, subsection 4,
1 17 paragraph "a", there is appropriated from the cash
1 18 reserve fund to the general fund of the state for the
1 19 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June
1 20 30, 2004, the following amount, or so much thereof as
1 21 is necessary:
1 22 .................................................. $ 10,909,115
1 23 2. The appropriation made in this section is
1 24 declared to be made for nonrecurring emergency
1 25 expenditures as required in section 8.56, subsections
1 26 3 and 4.
1 27 Sec. . There is appropriated from the general
1 28 fund of the state for the fiscal year beginning July
1 29 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, in lieu of the
1 30 standing appropriation in section 427B.19A, the
1 31 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 32 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 33 For industrial machinery, equipment, and computers
1 34 property tax replacement claims under section
1 35 427B.19A:
1 36 .................................................. $ 20,990,800"
1 37 #5. By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
1 38 internal references as necessary.
