  1  6 "250,000" and inserting the following:  "178,000".
  1  7    #   .  Page 6, by inserting after line 20, the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "f.  Of the funds appropriated in this subsection,
  1 10 $72,000 is allocated to be used for educational or
  1 11 treatment programs within the correctional
  1 12 institutions.""
