1 2 #1. Page 6, by inserting after line 33 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "8. A business receiving moneys appropriated under
1 5 this section shall agree, for a period of ten years,
1 6 not to close business operations in the state and not
1 7 to move more than forty percent of the business's
1 8 workforce out-of-state. If a business fails to meet
1 9 the requirements of an agreement entered into pursuant
1 10 to this subsection, the business is subject to
1 11 repayment of all or a portion of the moneys received,
1 12 including interest. The agreement shall specify the
1 13 method for determining whether a failure to meet the
1 14 requirements of the agreement has occurred and a
1 15 method for determining the amount of moneys the
1 16 business must repay."
1 17 #2. Page 11, by inserting after line 26 the
1 18 following:
