1 7 "prior to the effective date of this Act,".
1 8 # . Page 6, line 24, by striking the word "Upon"
1 9 and inserting the following: "Notwithstanding section
1 10 902.12, upon".
1 11 # . Page 6, lines 26 and 27, by striking the
1 12 words "in the same manner as a defendant serving a
1 13 sentence under section 902.12".
1 14 # . Page 6, line 31, by inserting after the word
1 15 "order" the following: ", and the reopening of the
1 16 sentence does not change the manner in which earned
1 17 time is calculated pursuant to section 903A.2"."
