  1  1    Amend House File 682 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 123.127, subsection 1,
  1  5 paragraph c, Code 2003, is amended by striking the
  1  6 paragraph and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
  1  7    c.  That the applicant is a person of good moral
  1  8 character as defined by this chapter."
  1  9    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 31 through 34 and
  1 10 inserting the following:
  1 11    "c.  The place of birth of the applicant, and if
  1 12 the applicant is a naturalized citizen, the time and
  1 13 place of naturalization, or if a corporation, the
  1 14 state of incorporation.  That the applicant is a
  1 15 person of good moral character as defined by this
  1 16 chapter."
  1 17    #3.  Page 5, by inserting after line 18 the
  1 18 following:
  1 19    "Sec.    .  Section 123.176, subsection 1,
  1 20 paragraph c, Code 2003, is amended by striking the
  1 21 paragraph and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
  1 22    c.  That the applicant is a person of good moral
  1 23 character as defined by this chapter."
