  1  1    Amend the amendment H-1346, to Senate File 392, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, line 18, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "rock." the following:  "If a person constructs
  1  8 such an unformed manure storage structure, the person
  1  9 must also install and operate a water pollution
  1 10 monitoring system as part of the unformed manure
  1 11 storage structure as required by the department.""
