1 6 #2. Page 1, line 22, by striking the words "exempt
1 7 from" and inserting the following: "subject to
1 8 property".
1 9 #3. Page 2, by striking lines 15 and 16, and
1 10 inserting the following: "property taxes due and
1 11 payable on".
1 12 #4. Page 2, line 18, by inserting after the word
1 13 "departments" the following: "if land subject to this
1 14 section is leased to an entity other than an entity
1 15 which is exempt from property taxation under section
1 16 427.1".
