  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1216, to House File 619 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 23, by striking the word
  1  4 "Prescribing" and inserting the following:  "With the
  1  5 exception of drugs prescribed for the treatment of
  1  6 mental illness, human immunodeficiency virus or
  1  7 acquired immune deficiency syndrome, transplantation,
  1  8 or cancer, prescribing".
  1  9    #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 26 through 37.
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
