1 4 "subsection," the following: "and that no hardship
1 5 order extending the time for sale or removal has been
1 6 secured pursuant to paragraph "d"".
1 7 #2. Page 3, by inserting after line 16, the
1 8 following:
1 9 "d. Before expiration of the sixty-day period
1 10 elected pursuant to this section, the defendant may
1 11 apply to the court entering judgment to grant an
1 12 extension of time for sale or removal based upon
1 13 hardship that could not have reasonably been avoided
1 14 by the defendant."
1 15 #3. Page 3, line 29, by inserting after the word
1 16 "period" the following: "or extended period".
