  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1199, to House File 594 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 22, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "to the fund." the following:  "Notwithstanding
  1  5 section 8.33, moneys remaining in the fund at the end
  1  6 of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund
  1  7 of the state but shall be appropriated to the
  1  8 department of human services for the purpose of
  1  9 increasing registered child care inspections."
