  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 12, by inserting after the words
  1  3 "to the fund." the following:  "Notwithstanding
  1  4 section 8.33, moneys remaining in the fund at the end
  1  5 of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund
  1  6 of the state but shall be appropriated to the
  1  7 department of human services for the purpose of
  1  8 increasing registered child care inspections."
