  1  1    Amend House File 587 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 34, by striking the words "by a"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "by an understandable
  1  4 and clearly visible".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "instruct." the following:  "When reasonable minds may
  1  7 differ as to whether a warning or instruction is
  1  8 understandable and clearly visible, the issues shall
  1  9 be decided by the trier of fact."
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 11 through 18 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "668.2, shall be compared
  1 12 only if it is shown to be a proximate cause of the
  1 13 enhanced injury."
  1 14    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
