  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 15 and 16, and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "NEW SUBSECTION.  9.  If a parent is cohabiting,
  1  5 the court may".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "child." the following:  "The court may consider the
  1  8 cohabitation either a positive or a negative factor in
  1  9 making this determination."
