  1  1    Amend House File 504 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 715A.6, subsection 2, Code
  1  5 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    2.  An offense under this section is a class "D"
  1  7 "C" felony if the value of the property or services
  1  8 secured or sought to be secured by means of the credit
  1  9 card is greater than one ten thousand dollars.  If the
  1 10 value of the property or services secured or sought to
  1 11 be secured by means of the credit card is greater than
  1 12 one thousand dollars but not more than ten thousand
  1 13 dollars, an offense under this section is a class "D"
  1 14 felony, otherwise the offense is an aggravated
  1 15 misdemeanor."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
