  1  2    #1.  By striking page 1, line 24 through page 2,
  1  3 line 3 and inserting the following:
  1  4    "2.  At least 20 percent of the funds remaining
  1  5 from the appropriation made in subsection 1 shall be
  1  6 allocated for prevention programs."
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 4, by striking the figure "4" and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "3".
  1  9    #3.  Page 23, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "communities" the following:  "– community service
  1 11 for suspended and expelled students".
  1 12    #4.  Page 44, by striking lines 28 through 30.
  1 13    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
