A bill for an act relating to certain alternative forms of county and city government by providing for county redistricting and representation, charter commission administration, application of various statutory requirements, the manner in which a charter may be proposed and adopted, amendment of a charter, the organization of the governing body, and inclusions in a charter, making technical changes relating to the administration and authority of a city-county consolidated government and a community commonwealth, making changes related to multicounty consolidation, and including effective and retroactive applicability date provisions.
