1 3 RESOLUTION BY CHAIRPERSON IVERSON)
1 4 A Senate Concurrent Resolution to approve and confirm
1 5 the appointment of the Citizens' Aide.
1 6 WHEREAS, chapter 2C provides that the Citizens' Aide shall
1 7 be appointed by the Legislative Council with the approval and
1 8 confirmation of a constitutional majority of the Senate and
1 9 with the approval and confirmation of a constitutional
1 10 majority of the House of Representatives; and
1 11 WHEREAS, on June 27, 2000, the Legislative Council
1 12 reappointed Mr. William P. Angrick II as Citizens' Aide for a
1 13 term commencing July 1, 2001, and is submitting his name for
1 14 approval and confirmation by a constitutional majority of the
1 15 Senate and House of Representatives; NOW THEREFORE,
1 16 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
1 17 CONCURRING, That Mr. William P. Angrick II is approved and
1 18 confirmed as the Citizens' Aide for a four-year term which
1 19 commences July 1, 2001, as provided in sections 2C.3 and 2C.5.
