  1  1    Section 1.  Section 321.191, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  2 adding the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  11.  DESIGNATION OF LICENSEE AS ORGAN
  1  4 DONOR – FEE ADJUSTMENT.  The fee charged for a driver's
  1  5 license shall be one-half the statutory amount if the license
  1  6 indicates that the licensee is a donor under the uniform
  1  7 anatomical gift law under section 321.189, subsection 4.  
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This bill provides that the fee for a driver's license
  1 10 shall be reduced by one-half if the license indicates that the
  1 11 licensee is a donor under the uniform anatomical gift law.
