  1  1    Section 1.  Section 805.8, subsection 5, paragraph f, Code
  1  2 2001, is amended by adding the following new subparagraph:
  1  3    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (6)  For deer and turkey harvest
  1  4 reporting, the scheduled fine is twenty-five dollars.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill provides a scheduled fine of $25 for failure to
  1  7 complete, sign, and take a deer or wild turkey harvest report
  1  8 to a license agent within 48 hours after the game is taken.
