  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 169 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "taxes" the following:  "if further action is needed
  1  4 on the budget for fiscal year 2003 or".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 26, by striking the words and
  1  6 figure "the fiscal year 2004" and inserting the
  1  7 following:  "fiscal years 2003 and 2004".
