  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5460, to Senate File
  1  2 2286, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "admissible" the following:  "if the court finds that
  1  6 the probative value of the testimony is substantially
  1  7 outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice,
  1  8 confusion of the issues, or misleading the jury, or by
  1  9 considerations of undue delay, waste of time, or
  1 10 needless presentation".
