  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 52, by inserting after line 35, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The Code editor is directed to replace the
  1  6 date "March 1, 2003" to the date that is the effective
  1  7 date of this Act wherever it appears in this Act other
  1  8 than the section provided in division III of this Act
  1  9 providing for effective dates."
  1 10    #2.  Page 53, by striking lines 41 through 45, and
  1 11 inserting the following:
  1 12    "   .  Section 455B.200E, as enacted in this Act,
  1 13 takes effect on March 1, 2003."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
